Meadowhall Heart Launch
This is photograph from the launch of the Meadowhall Hearts! I am happy with the final outcome and so proud to have completed this so soon after the Big Hoot. It has been a lovely project to be a part of and representing the Sheffield & Hallamshire County F.A with a design that encompasses the notion of 'supporting football for all'.

Meadowhall Hearts Project
A week departed from The Big Hoot launch night in Fort Dunlop, I have been invited to do a project titled Meadowhall Hearts, which celebrates the 25th anniversary of the shopping centre's opening.
The finished design will be painted onto a huge heart which is one of twelve hearts that will be situated at Meadowhall.
I have been working hard finalising a design and I will be sharing it soon, along with who I will be working alongside to generate the design idea.

Shoes Glorious Shoes
Here is a personal piece for my portfolio. It was a challenge replicating different surface textures, from polished leather to suede to translucent.
Big Hoot Trail Map update
Here is a snippet of the 43 illustrations I produce for the Big Hoot Trail Map, and Little Hoot Trail Map- which is the schools programme. I have used real owl designs and incorporated them into the characters, and used purple hues as the main colour scheme to base onto the grey base map

Big Hoot Trail Map progress
I have been invited to do all of the illustrations for the Big Hoot trail map which I am very excited to work on! I will be illustrating all the famous Birmingham landmarks where the owls will be situated. I will also be producing the schools map featuring the owlets, along with a set of owl characters wearing a selection of the chosen owl designs
Shoesies
Here is a piece I am working on, it will be a cute little fashion illustration perhaps made into a greeting card or print of Louboutin shoes. It is a portfolio piece to show examples of work and versatility in illustrating different shapes and textures
Social media loving
It has been lovely to see the buzz being created around The Big Hoot 2015, as it has given the opportunity to build rapport with Cross Country and The Big Hoot and get excited about the progress being made as things start coming together.
Big Hoot Sheldon painting session #4
This was the last of the painting sessions based in Sheldon. From here the owl will be transported to Digbeth for some long hours spent drawing out and completing the owl.

La Maison Rose update
I have edited the illustration in Photoshop (although it still requires amendments and the left side completing. I have added watercolour textures tot he main facade then digitally coloured the green sections and added flower baskets and chalkboard writing to complete the typical french feel.
Louboutin experiments
Some pencil crayon / watercolour experiments on some Louboutin drawings. I initially thought watercolour would work better to give the silky finish of the shoes by pencil crayons tens to work better because they give an old film grain which echoes the 50s colours of the shoes, browns and beiges. The pencil crayon also allows more consistency in tone and precision.
